We are offering the following services:

1. On-Site maintenance for Leak Detection and Surface Measurement Equipment of various manufacturers (e.g. VIC / Veeco, Alcatel / Adixen, Pfeiffer Vacuum, Oerlikon Leybold, Inficon, ULVAC, VARIAN)
2. Customized service solutions due to the customers needs with very short response time, replacement units, etc.
3. Maintenance and repair of Helium Leak Detectors, Vacuum Pumps and Surface Measurement equipment
4. Seminars about vacuum technologie, specificly oriented to leak detection and use of Helium Leak Detectors. 
5. Re-Ccertificaation of Calibration Leaks
6. Supply for VIC/ Veeco Spareparts, especially for oldes Systems such as MS-17, MS-170 and MS-3x Series.
7. Sales and briefing on new Leak Detection Systems
8. Development and construction of customized leak detection solutions (see Customized Systems)
9. Leasing of Equipment
10. Sandblasting (glass pearls) and utrasonic cleaning

Additionally we offe He-Leak Detection as a service. The testing could be done in our workshop in Martinsried (near Munich/ Germany) or On-Site at the customers plant.

We are able to test single parts, vacuum chambers up to stationary plants such as pure-gas supply units or vaccuum pipings.

Out testing equipment is cabable of detecting leaks up to the 10E-13 Pa m3/sec range and are available with oil sealed pumps as well as dry units. Sniffing is also available, e.g. for pipelines.
